About Me

Get to know me a little…

I love music.

There’s constantly music playing around me while I work. When I go out, it’s usually to one of three things: a concert, karaoke, or a restaurant with live music. Plato said music is a moral law, that it gives a soul to the universe. I agree. I was a proud member and featured soloist of the Atlanta Gay Men’s Chorus for nearly 4 years, where I’ve discovered the only thing better than making music is making music with precious friends and loved ones.

I love cooking.

Making and sharing food has always been one of the cornerstones of my family. One of my earliest memories is dropping off food with my mom at a bereaved neighbor’s house. Cooking is one way I relax, and I quickly became known in my cohort as “the guy who brings treats to study sessions.” Sharing food is a way we share our culture and identity, as well as how we show we care.

I love adventure.

Whether it’s visiting somewhere I’ve never visited before, doing something I’ve never done before, or just plain seeing what’s over the next hill, nothing makes my heart beat fast like a new challenge. Want to ride a roller coaster, but don’t want to do it alone? I’m your guy! Hear about an exciting new hiking spot? Tell me all about it! Let’s go on an adventure.
